On this episode of The Alliance Activity podcast, Andy Albright shares three ways to help re-focus and transform an organization for the better.

Every team or organization wants to continue improving and working to become the best version it can be. This can be achieved in three areas.

1. Decisiveness. This is what can make you dynamic. This involves your job, your schedule, recruiting people, working leads. It also involves not being concerned with things that just don't matter. What are you thinking about? Are your thoughts helping further the mission? Are you helping accomplish the team's mission? Are you moving toward becoming the best version of yourself?

People who are unhealthy are often indecisive. They fail to move quickly and make decisions that move the needle.

2. Conflict and Unity. The best version of yourself involves using principles that create unity by providing a common and unchanging purpose. When you have proper contest and embrace healthy conflicts, you can move toward a positive solution.

This happens when you are arguing for good reason and you are fighting for something that is needed. This does NOT mean argue against each other. This is when growth happens, people learn from each other and you recognize what is needed most to help the team most.

3. Clarity. When you know the mission is king, then things start happening. Most people lack clarity about the organization's mission and their specific role in fulfilling that mission. People need to know that they matter. Leaders must lead and guide people toward the right opportunities and examples that exist in the world.
