If you take the time to reach people on a meaningful level, your influence on people will rise. When people value your opinion, they trust you more and will lead you to more people. The more people you can get around, the more likely you will find success.

When people trust you and what you are doing, they are going to let you talk to their friends and family without any pause for concern. It's all about relationships. You have to talk and listen to people and let them know you care.

Put yourself in another person's shoes and try to exercise empathy for what they are going through.

On this episode of The Alliance Activity podcast, Andy Albright talks about the importance of driving volume up in your business.

This takes effort and work, so a lot of people are not willing to put in the time it takes to grow.

People will tell you how bad they want something, but their actions have to back that talk up or it is meaningless.

If you want to grow, you have to call people. You have to get a list and work the list in depth. That's the fastest way to drive volume up. You have to go deep and wide. That's how you build a great team.

When you find a solid person and get them started, you want to help them get a person in depth quickly. Go wide and go deep.

If you build a solid foundation and base, then you build a something amazing. The stronger it is, the more it can withstand when the pressure is applied.

Andy likes to use the example about pushing to go deeper and deeper. When you are digging a hole and you are using a post hole shovel, you can only go so far until you can’t pull the post hole shovel apart.

However, if you keep moving over to the left side and the right side of the original hole, you can dig a little deeper because the hole is wide enough to fit inside and pull the post hole shovel apart.

This is the same concept in our business!

You are the digger. The post hole shovel is your MC Backup (list). The hole you are digging is the opportunity for you to expand financially and see success in your business!

We keep digging deeper to find the gold, or in our case, find the guy or gal that is going to push your business through the roof!

What many people do both in our business and when digging holes, they get to a certain spot and they think that it is good enough.

They think that this is a good spot for them to take a break and can call it quits for the day.

The same thing happens ALL THE TIME with people in our company! And it drives me CRAZY!!

People get to this destination where it is okay to let up and take a break. They think that the person they found is the one to push them over the top and they’re just going to stop.

This is a HUGE NO!

Soon, that hole that you are digging is going to be so deep, you’ll be knee deep in a pot of gold!

And once you’re in that pot of gold, you can look up and see all the success that you have created, and all the studs you have on your side.

That is how you are going to drive your volume up. It is a consistent mind set to not take a break when you think you need to.

Keep pushing and don’t let up.

Get your list from people, call it, and get more people under you to grow as wide and deep as possible.
