• Do you live how you want to live?
• Do you go to bed at night completely satisfied with your day's effort?
• Do you show up exactly how you want others to show up for you?
The Four "They" Statements That People Say To Avoid Taking Ownership:
1). Why should I try, they are going to do what they want to anyway.
Possible response to reestablish ownership: Do you think you deserve a better outcome?
2). It's not my fault they don't have their act together.
Possible response to reestablish ownership: What does a better outlook look like?
3). I am doing the best I know how to do based on what they have given me.
Possible response to reestablish ownership: Is a better outcome possible?
4). I am just doing what they told me to do.
Possible response to reestablish ownership: Could you create a better outcome?
