On this episode of The Alliance Activity Call, Andy Albright talks about how a new agent can start fast and how YOU can help them get moving.

One secret in life is to get up in the morning and work on something that matters until the sun goes down and you get so tired you can’t keep your eyes open. The best at what they do are able to do this day after day for years!

How do you get new people started fast? Read Andy’s Millionaire Maker Manual on page 207 where it talks about getting people going.

1 – You establish clear communication lines.

How would you act if you knew you would win? What would you do? Do you play by the playbook? If you have the recipe then use it. If you don’t follow directions, I don’t know what the end result will be. What energy and investment would you throw at it?

Details make stories stick. Once you get a Key Leader, you want to help him get to Executive Vice President. Tell success stories, edify the people who are doing the right things and following the playbook. You want to create patterns that people can follow.

On Page 38 of MMM, you can read about The Factory. In the very beginning you want to get 12 wide, licensed and signed up for the next event. The Alliance’s next big event is Family Reunion in July. You can get tickets by signing up at www.AllianceFamilyReunion.com.

4 questions to ask …

What is it? When is it? How do we do it? What do we got to do?

Learn to say people’s names a lot. If you want to get someone great, you have to be great first. People follow the leader.

3 reasons to hire people.

Help people that are praying for something.

Help people that need this.

Help people before somebody else helps them.

Are you making a list, making phone calls, interviewing people and following up?

How would you like to be an answer to someone’s prayer?

You can’t be the answer without faith. Get people telling their stories before we tell them what we are going to do. Catch what people are doing correctly and make sure to point it out to them and others.

Don’t be afraid to get a list. It is more complicated to get a list than it is to call a list. If you can get them to call and help them call, that is big.

Interview people to find out how they have won or been successful in the past because you looking to show their past success. Figure out what their success has been, point it out to them and remind them that it can and will happen for them again.

On this episode of The Alliance Activity Podcast, Andy Albright tells you why the best people are able to attract crowds, why they keep going and what keeps them coming back for more.

What do you love? What is your tip? Are you worried all the time?

Are you working on being positive about things in your life?

Are you booking appointments with people and going to the home even when you don't want to or you think it isn't going to go well?

Are you shying away from recruiting because you haven't had any success yet?

Andy says a big mistake people make is thinking it is all about you and what you have done. Remember the bigger picture is about the team you are on and what you can do together.

Get in the game and start playing to win. If you sit and watch, then you can't win. That means you sell, recruit and build.

Be nice to people ... it makes a difference. People don't care how much you know until they know that you care about them and what is going on in their life.

A leader's ability to define reality is important. Change will take time and it won't always be easy. Work to have great character, make sacrifices and spend time with people when you don't want to do it.

Approval

Look for a reason to approve of a person. It can be little things. Encourage and don't patronize. Raise the value of people, rather than depreciating them. Let people know you are behind them. Most people want to be heard instead of talked at. Be interested and interesting. You have to work to get to know a person so do it. That's how you build a relationship. Offer hugs and handshakes to people. Mind your manners.

How to attract a crowd?

Reach out to people you encounter and offer to help them. They will remember that. Work to build acceptance, build approval and build appreciation. Don't judge others. Make a difference in people's lives and see how much they will be willing to help and do for you in return.

Andy Albright hosted this week’s episode of The Alliance Activity Call during an #InstantThunder event at the #AllianceConventionCenter in front of a live studio audience of more than 300 people.

Albright was joined on the show by members of The Alliance’s SEAL Team 20 to share how they book 20 appointments each week and crush it in the field.

5:00: Trick yourself into doing it, then do it

6:00: Do you have a fear of missing out?

8:00: Decide what you are going to do. After that, figure out how to do it.

16:00: Are you committed?

22:00: What The Alliance Activity is?

35:00: Grow through intelligence. When you grow on the inside it impacts what you do on the outside.

47:00: Jaz Lightbourn shares her struggle to become a SEAL Team 20 member

52:00: Always remember the story and be willing to tell the story.

54:00: Be emotional or be broke. Which pain do you want?

56:00: Remember back to when it was rough … always. If you do that, you will help people.

61:00: Rally Points are a place where you can encourage and celebrate activity.

63:00: Prep before it is time to do.

Mar 25, 2017

On this episode of The Alliance Activity podcast, Andy Albright dishes on relationships, retention and rising up!

Surprising sales teaching from relationships. Surprising placement percentage from relationships. Surprising truth in relationships.

Relationships take effort, time and work. Investing in people is the greatest thing you can do. It won’t always end well and you will be hurt at times, but you have to keep loving on people. Over time, it will pay off for you in ways you can’t imagine.

Sacrifice to people shows others that you care about them and they appreciate it. Most parents will do anything to protect their children. They don’t ever want to see them hurting. That is the kind of sacrifice that happens when the relationship and connection between people is strong. Show people that you care about them every chance you get.

When you give to others and help people when they need you, they will like you and you will have a greater circle of influence.

Talent, motivation and time are how you get crazy successful. Now, when you mix those things along with relationship building, then you can do big things. Relationships matter. When you nurture relationships, you retain people for longer amounts of time. We are all in the people business even if we do not realize it.

Feb 24, 2017

On this episode of The Alliance Activity podcast, guest host Stephen Davies delivered a jam-packed broadcast from his office in Asheville, N.C.

Have you ever noticed that most people never know what they need to hear in order to kick them into motion? Why is this so common when it doesn't have to be that way?

Successful people do everything it takes to be in the room when what they need to hear is being said. Often times, when a person hears what they need to hear they start performing at a higher level.

But, what if they hadn't heard it? Why does it take some seemingly magical enlightenment for action to take place?

How do you grow to a higher level than where you are right now, today, in this moment? How do you reach for Good Samaritan Bonus and SEAL Team 20 each month? How do you push for more?

With The Alliance, you can decide what you are going to do and then put together a plan to make it happen. How? The Alliance has a system in place that will help you set and reach any goal that you have. There are no limitations on what you can do if you set a goal and work for it. More is always possible because The Alliance does not have a shortness of opportunity. You get to decide. The opportunity is there is you want it.

Why are you stuck where you are at? Why are you not moving up? The Alliance isn’t concerned about a finish line. We are trying to go as far as we can go. The “Do” at The Alliance is simple: Sell, Recruit and Build.

Make dials, set appointments and go meet clients. Keep doing it and the results will come. It might not happen overnight, but if you keep working consistently then you will find success.

What holds people back?

People have to decide that they want to grow. Once the decision is made, it must be backed up by action. Decision comes from a Latin word that means cutting off. When you make a decision, you cut off everything that is preventing you from doing something. Poor people are enamored by having a plan B or a backup plan. People like that are playing small. They are not playing to win. They are not making a decision to change their life. People who make decisions and are committed are better off because they back up the decision with action.

Normal people don’t get a lot done because they are wrapped up in normal stuff. They waste time on things that don’t help them. When you hear people talking about what they have cut off then you know they have made a decision.

Stephen shared seven words that will help you with making decisions. Take out a notepad and take notes. This is big stuff.

Instead: looking back and looking forward. If you didn’t do what you wanted to do last year, what were you doing that stopped you? What did you do instead of what you could have done that limited your success? Did you play too much golf? Did you go out too much? Too much TV? What were you doing? You can find the time if you are willing to give up other things.

Fear: Not all fear is bad. Negative fear is fear of failure and success. Procrastination is the enemy. This keeps us from doing the things we need to do. Distractions occupy us because we have a fear of failure. Advice is something we seek because we often lack the courage to take action. Worry is nothing more than a prayer for what you fear. Don’t operate in a self-sabotaging manner. Don’t ruin your momentum by making a bad decision. Self-worth issues will limit your success. Stay away from negative people. Look for positive. Don’t borrow trouble. It will consume you.

Energy: you only have so much energy. You can do things to optimize your energy, but it is limited. Be wise about how you use it. Put your efforts into the right areas of your life. Avoid energy vampires that will drain you and your efforts that could be used in a positive way in other places. Avoid OPD (Other People’s Drama). You can’t solve everybody else’s problems and emergencies. Spend time getting caught up on your dreams and not the latest episode of a TV show.

Intention: Are you intentional in what you are doing? What does your plan look like? Are you planning your days out with great intention? When you act intentionally, you make better decisions. What do you want? What does it look like? Figure that out and find a way to go there. Are you putting habits in place to get you there? Your intentions can simplify your decision-making process. Words are not neutral and your intentions shouldn’t be either.

Purpose: Have a purpose, work with a sense of purpose and use the energy of that purpose to guide what you do. When you have a purpose, you are less likely to be self-destructive. When you act with purpose you create the results and impact that keep your belief bucket full. When you lack purpose, you lack belief over time. You have to keep filling up that bucket. A man with purpose doesn’t hesitate to make decisions.

Change: People have to change to reach their dreams and goals. You can’t get overwhelmed by stuff. When you continue to change in positive ways, you are more likely to keep growing. Don’t give up, but do keep getting up. You will fail and hit roadblocks, but you can’t quit or you will not win.

Delay: When you make decisions and you have to act with delay in some areas, you have to remember it is OK to delay gratification. If you are feeling bad, don’t make a decision. Get up and regroup before you make a decision. Don’t give into your emotions and don’t let your emotions get you in trouble. Keep them in check. Delay the decision until your mind is right. Don’t get too high or low. It can always be better and it can always be worse. Don’t give up on positive changes because it will take time for the results to kick in. Don’t quit. You might be closer than ever thought to winning. If you quit, you can’t win.

Andy Albright hosted this week’s Alliance Activity podcast live from his office in The Alliance's Burlington, N.C. headquarters.

Most of us have more than one thing going in life, and we have to make choices and decisions about what move we need to make next. Do you have to stop and think about what you are going to do next? Having a plan and strategy is crucial in knowing what you should do next.

Andy’s goal is to help people achieve their goals by helping them get what they want faster and better than they thought possible.

Your thinking shapes your world. Nothing just happens. Nothing happens until a person thinks about an idea and takes action or a person tells them to do something. Rich people think about what they want and how they are going to get it.

When people move and get other people to move then big things happen. Life is better when you "Do The Do."

On this episode of The Alliance's Activity call, your host Andy Albright dishes about why you need to know "What's Next!"

Welcome to Episode 54 of the AActivity call, hosted live from Albright's office in Burlington, N.C. Grab a pen and notepad, sit back and get ready to learn about why it is important to know what is coming next in business and life.

On today's episode, Andy talks shop with Melanie Ray, Junior Corria and a very special guest visiting The Alliance from South Africa.

Enjoy!!!

Melanie Ray, of Dumfries, Va., joined the call to share her personal story with The Alliance during the last eight years. Melanie talked about the importance of giving back to the team by serving others because of how many people have helped Melanie and her husband, Chadwick since they joined The Alliance. Melanie knows that growth comes through helping and serving others first.

If you don’t go for something at 100 percent, you will be frustrated and not produce fruit with your efforts. Doing something at 50 percent capacity will only make you frustrated.

The Alliance is looking for people who are ready to go all in and figure out what to do next. If you don’t have a plan and a schedule, then you probably are not set up to be successful. There’s an old saying, “Man makes plans and God laughs.” Make a plan, but be flexible for things to change. The better prepared you are, the more likely you can pivot successfully when obstacles appear in front of you.

Making the commitment to go all out for a goal is half the battle. Once you are committed, then you start adding next steps. What is next for you? Are you thinking in those terms? If you don’t know where you are and where you are going, then you will never get to what you want.

It’s great to grow your income, but you also have to grow as a person and in your relationships. You need to let it “occur” to you that you can improve and grow in all areas of your personal and professional life.

Junior Corria, a SEAL Team 20 member, shared his experience of moving to the United States from Cuba when he was a young boy. At 18, he joined The Alliance. Junior started slow, but his income has improved each year with The Alliance. He now makes more than $120,000 annually, and predicts he will hit $300,000 this year.

Life is about the choices you make and the voices you listen to as you decide what you are going to do next. Don’t let your greatest victory or defeat be what happened in the past. If you don’t keep enlarging your goals and dreams then you will not get better and improve. Don’t make the mistake of thinking you are done with what you can do in life.

The more you sit and sulk, the less you get accomplished. Working with a purpose can make all the difference in the world.

Bishop Trevor Manhanga and his wife were visiting with The Alliance today and stopped by the show to speak to the team about his late friend JL Williams, who was a great friend of Andy and The Alliance. JL passed away at the end of 2016, and Manhanga traveled from Zimbabwe, South Africa to pay his repsects to JL’s family. JL was a mentor to both Andy and Manhanga and they each shared some of their thoughts about their late friend.

Part of life is learning to understand and accept people. We all have weaknesses and you have to have a big heart to make a difference in the world. When you have a big heart, you can help people who need encouragement. Giving back and helping those in need is part of living a great life. When you have big hands and help others, it is amazing what you can accomplish. Think on a bigger scale and go to heights that most won’t even dare to think about doing.

Big mind, big heart, big horizons and big hands will help you be as successful as you want to be. The best is yet to come. The Alliance believes that you ain’t seen nothing yet!

The Alliance came to play big and win big this year. We want you to know what's next so that you are set up for success this year. Until next time, we hope you enjoyed the podcast!

Andy Albright hosted the Alliance Activity podcast live from his office in Burlington, N.C.

Today’s topic focused on what you need to say to people when they you what they need to do. Andy says, “Whatever it takes!” Listen in and take notes as Andy talks about what to say, what to ask and what to do when you are working with new agents joining The Alliance.

The first thing members of The Alliance do is to follow the playbook. We are 100 percent positive about everything. We avoid being negative. We don’t use sarcasm. We are not ugly. We don’t use snide remarks. We focus on our Prosperity, Inspiration and Eternity. The prosperity is unlimited, the inspiration means we get to have fun and our eternity is real and lasts forever.

YOU can be the cause and the effect. You need to believe this because the speed of the leader determines the speed of the pack and the team. We talk to people when we encounter them on a daily basis. We help people find products that fit their needs. We keep it simple. We speak clearly and simply.

Knowing how to do something doesn’t mean the work gets done. People will start doing when they want to do something. They will do more when they are around people they like and respect. They are more likely to move faster when they are capable and they know you care about them. Now, some people are desperate and will move immediately, but it helps when you make people feel special.

The “How To” is not as important as the “Why To.” When people know why they are doing something, they care that much about how they do it. When people feel stuck, don’t have self-confidence and only worry about themselves, it is a recipe for disaster.

If you want to gain power then be positive about things. If you want to lose influence with people then start practicing being critical of everything.

People paired with relationships equal performance. When you get away from people then you don’t perform as well. You need to get around people you like and work on growing the relationships you have with people. Make people feel special and loved. Don’t be cold, distant and mean.

If your “Why” is about other people then you don’t have time to sit still. There’s so much work to be done. People need people and we all need to help more people.

When other people are in an emotional tailspin, you have to remain calm. It probably doesn’t even impact what you are trying to do. You can help them through it, but don’t get emotional with them and make it worse. Don’t get too high and don’t get too low. Stay even and calm.

Do you know what makes a great team? They show up for practice. They work on the fundamentals and the basics. They rise above adversity. They don’t get so frustrated they lose focus on the task at hand. They keep executing, keep making plays and keep doing.

C.S. Lewis once said, “I need more to be reminded more than I need to be told.” Avoid the fire if you know it will burn you when emotions are involved. Stay cool.

Use Andy’s tips to get your new people up and running faster, cheaper, farther and more productive NOW.

Andy Albright delivered this edition of The Alliance Activity podcast live from his office in Burlington, N.C. This week’s topic focused on three “magic” questions you can ask that will get you working on the items that will lead to 90 percent of your growth this year. The questions will help you triple your productivity.

Everything you do each day should be written down. You need to do this solidly for a week and then review at the end of the week. It will help you better understand why you are where you are in life. It will answer this question: What do you do?

Find ways to inspire people to have a better life by giving back. You create a river by helping more people.

Dec 30, 2016

On this episode of The Alliance's Activity podcast, Andy Albright talks about decisions and choices.

Life is all about the decisions and choices we make each day. It all adds up and it all matters.

Einstein believed that “time is moving more slowly for a person that is moving.” If you are taking action, you can see things more clearly. It slows time down for you. If Einstein is right then you can hit your target or goal if you keep moving. When you sit still, you are essentially losing time. The more you move and accomplish, the more time you have for more stuff.

Your ability to get yourself organized to do the most valuable task each day will determine how successful you will be. It comes down to choices and decisions that you make. If your mind is focused on the right things, you can accomplish more than about 99 percent of the world.

Tasks getting done that need to be done is huge. If you set the bar high for yourself, then you will perform at a higher level and get more done. People perform to the level of expectations. If you expect greatness from a person, they are more likely to perform at a higher level. People want to be told that they can do it. Make the effort to encourage people and watch them. When you do that, often times the person will get more done.

The people who start now have a greater chance for success than people who sit back, think and waste time waiting.

Think, act and then do. Move. Keep moving. Doing those things will help you get more things done. You are going to make mistakes and you will be wrong sometimes. That’s OK. Keep trying to do the best you can and it will be OK.

If you know what your aim is, then it will be far easier to know the right thing to do to hit your target. When the goal is clear, it is easier to be successful.

A Gallop poll studied or defined what intelligence really is and it is not about grades, IQ or genius. They found that intelligence is defined by the way you act and what you do.

We all get to make choices and decisions. Not everybody will be happy with what you do, but it is up to you to decide what you are going to do each day.

You need your team focused on doing the basics from the beginning so that you don't have to go back and correct bad habits later.

Andy got successful when he narrowed his focus to as few things as possible that he knew he was good at.

Dec 9, 2016

On this episode of The Alliance Activity podcast, Andy Albright delivered a strong message from his office in front of a live audience in Burlington, N.C. at The Alliance's corporate headquarters.

Are you right there with people, trying to encourage them on a regular basis?

If you quit then they might quit! You have to stay in the game or you can expect other people to stay in the game.

Maybe you aren't consistent? There's good news for you: most successful people have terrible inconsistencies.

Without encouragement and faith, people will get down on themselves. It happens every single day.

You have to work hard to be good at anything.

The reason you need to be better is so you don't take away from what you're doing when you're active. If you don't become a better person you'll lose everything you have.

If you know what's wrong with you then other people know it too. Don't worry about that. Get back to work.

Work on something that will propel you to the next level. When you have a mission, it is not hard to know what you should be doing. The Alliance is in a war against poverty and it is our mission to eliminate poverty for those who "Do."

Here are some tips from Andy that will help you moving forward.

Do fewer things! Don't try to do everything

What are the Top 3 things you need to do TODAY. Make sure they are the most important things you need to be doing. These are your A tasks. Based on your WHY, what are the most important things.

Work on things that you put down more of the time, or ALL of the time. The more time you spend on those important things, the more productive you are on the outside then the more happy you will be inside. What are your "Got To Do" high-priority stuff?

  1. Start from where you are
  2. Use what you have
  3. Do all that you can do.

You are where you are so stop evaluating it so much.

A problem is just a question that hasn't been asked.

What can you do right now? Then do everything you can do on those things.

Dec 2, 2016

Andy Albright hosted a special edition of The Alliance Activity Call during an Instant Thunder event at corporate headquarters in Burlington, N.C. with more than 200 people in attendance for the podcast.

Listen in as Andy interviews some of the top agents from around the country in an effort to help you be more successful with your clients in the field.

Nov 18, 2016

Kyle Keator served as your guest host of this episode of The Alliance Activity podcast while Andy Albright was in Raleigh, N.C. delivering a keynote address at the Shelton Leadership Forum at N.C. State University.

Find out how Kyle Keator did something "big" in only four days on this show!

At The Alliance, everybody is special. Now, that doesn't mean that everybody is going to make $1 million annually. It might not even mean that everybody can make more than $100,000. However, YOU are capable and Andy Albright believes that everybody has the potential to be a high-income earner.

We have our SEALTeam20 and you are encouraged to be a member of this elite group. We also have the Good Samaritan Bonus, which is another program that can help you give back to charities in a big way.

Maybe you are not where you need to be for either of those deals, but you are still part of the family even if you don't hit those marks.

The Alliance wants YOU to be active in both the SEALTeam20 and the GSB. If you are willing, able and ready, then let's go. If you ain't scared of a phone, let's get dialing. If you have a car and you are not afraid of driving, let's roll.

Crank up your laptop and run a craigslist ad. Let's find two recruits this month!

We need those things communicated across the country in our HotSpots meetings. Maybe you are not ready to it now, but eventually you are going to make a decision to do and not think.

The Alliance has put lines in place so that you know where you stand. They start really low and they go up, up, up. The decision of where you fall is up to you and your activity. You are invited to step over lines too. Where you are today doesn't matter. You are invited to step over any line you would like.

The Alliance isn't here to hold you back. It is here to cheer you on so you can go places you've never been before. But, there's no pressure.

If you are making the kind of money that makes you happy, then great. If you are comfortable then that's OK. What Kyle Keator decided was that he wasn't OK with where he was financially. He started changing things up and pushing for more.

Andy asked Keator if he could set 20 appointments a week, recruit at least two new people a month and write $20,000 each month. Kyle said he could and now he's going to hold himself to that promise.

In 2017, the people that do those numbers are going to be recognized and rewarded through ST20. Income, special prizes, trips, etc.

ST20 will lead to cash flow, higher self-esteem and recognition.

What level are you shooting for next year? Are you planning now? Get emotional about it RIGHT NOW, then decide to book some time to make dials for sales and recruiting.

Ask somebody that is where you want to be what you should do next. If you are a manager, help somebody else figure out what to do next. Be specific and exact. Successful people figure out what needs to be done next and what is most important.

Be clear about what you want and what it will take to make it happen. Your actions will back up your words ... or not. Don't talk about it, if you aren't DOING anything about it.

Keator said he's got to do what he's got to do. He's not worried about what the next President thinks or even the governor. He's gonna do what he needs to do.

Why? Kyle doesn't want to go back to being broke ... ever again! He is self-employed and doesn't want to work for somebody else and wear the uniform they tell him to wear.

He's doing it for his family. College isn't cheap. Christmas isn't cheap. Traveling the world isn't cheap.

Set some goals. Figure out you "BECAUSE" and focus on that. Write it down.

Kyle wants to do it ...

Because I want to give my church a $1,000

Because I want to give Tim Goad my GSB

Because I want to pay for my kids education.

Because I want a patch.

Because I want to be a part of team.

Because I want to be a part of SealTeam20

Because I want to be GSB 12 out of 12 months next year

Let your manager know what your "BECAUSE" is and work toward making it reality.

What we got to do is get people COMMUNICATING their BECAUSE. Some people call it a WHY. Kyle is calling it a BECAUSE.

We got a book, its very simple, its called The Alliance Activity book.It is just one of the tools The Alliance has in place for you to be successful. These tools help you execute the basics.

On this episode of The Alliance’s Activity podcast, Andy Albright talked SealTeam20 and interviewed a select group of agents, who have committed to hitting the mark to be ST20 members in 2017 now.

What does it take to be SealTeam20 material? Well, you need to personally produce $20,000 per month, book 20 appointments weekly and recruit two new agents. That’s it.

Albright spoke with Steve Frickert, Michele Alleman, Jay Turner, Joe Walker, Kyle Keator, Brant Swindle, etc.

Maybe you think you don’t have enough time to be SealTeam20. Well, have you thought about hiring a secretary, more people to work at your house, hire a staff?

Jay Turner knows that if you book 20 appointments then you will hit your goals. The truth is the truth whether you do it or not. Turner, a former fireman, enjoys knowing what the temperature is going to be at his job now, rather than running into a burning building and not knowing how hot the fire will be.

Andy just met with the fine people at Foresters and they discussed how limitations are set by you. You Can do whatever you put your mind to doing. Obstacles are put in your way to be knocked down, not to stop you!

It takes passion to be great at what you do. If you are not passionate about what you do then why in the world would somebody else be? Operate with great enthusiasm. Think about David facing Goliath. David heard the call and he did what he needed to do to get the victory. When David lost his passion and got comfortable, he fell prey to the “comfort zone” and life got difficult.

You get messed up when you don’t have the passion for what you do. Don’t get comfortable and stay home and rest on past victories. You have to keep the passion.

When you attend a meeting, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Did I do my best to be happy during the meeting?
  • Did I do my best to find meaning and purpose during the meeting?
  • Did I do my best to find Positive relationships during the meeting?
  • Did I do my best to be Fully Engaged during the meeting?

How would you rank yourself in those areas?

Andy Albright delivered The Alliance's Activity podcast live from his office at The Alliance's headquarters in Burlington, N.C.

Andy talked about how to eliminate distractions in your life so you can be more successful.

When you are starting your day, do you start by thinking about you and the things you are in control of? Take a piece of paper out and draw a circle and write the word "you" in it. Start listing out the things you can directly control inside your circle. Outside of the circle, write down things you need to ignore because you cannot control or impact it. Everything outside the circle of you is a distraction. It's noise. It prevents you from doing what you should be doing.

Who do you have around you? When you have great people around you, they will help keep you focused on what is inside your circle. They will help you stay on track. They will help you keep working on things you have control of. Part of defining your reality is by having great people around you to keep you centered and on task.

Worry about what is in the circle. Don't worry about the drama. Focus on the facts. Work on improving yourself. Invest your time in the people that truly matter to you. Spend time around people that make you better and are where you want to be one day. People who are successful are great at staying in their circle and avoid spending time on things that they cannot control.

Put yourself in position to win. Avoid the noise. Figure out how to make things happen and keep doing.

What is in the circle of you? Can you put yourself around people that help you? Can you go to meetings that help you improve? Can you listen to audios that make you better? Can you keep "doing" even when it isn't easy? Your thoughts will determine what you do. When you are thinking correctly, then you will be successful. What are you doing when you are not working? Andy believes that in order to be successful, you have to think about what you are doing 24 hours a day.

When you learn to take control of what you do and stop letting others dictate what you do, then you are going to make a big impact. One person on "fire" and crazy about how they spend their time can change the world.

When you start planning your time with great intention, then the pieces of the puzzle that are fuzzy to so many become crystal clear for you and you can put it all together.

Why do some people seem to make sales like it is so stinking easy and others can't even get in the door? We thought that topic would get your attention.

On today's episode of The Alliance's Activity podcast with Andy Albright, you will hear Andy interview top salespeople to find out what works and what doesn't ... most of the time!

Sit back, relax and take notes so you know what should work for you when meeting with potential clients.
